meet the founder
I’ve been playing football at a high level since the age of 12, and the gym has always been a key part of my training from then on. At 16, I signed for Newcastle United, where I played professional football up until recently.
That experience gave me not only a deep understanding of physical performance and discipline but also the importance of consistency and balance when it comes to training. Now, as a personal trainer, I bring that same drive and passion into helping others.
I don’t have a set niche, because I enjoy working with a variety of people. Most of my clients come to me with goals like fat loss or gaining muscle, and I love being part of their journey to achieving results they can be proud of.
